The South East Buttress in profile on the right skyline from near Cathedral Pass. The Monk is the dimunitive hump at the base of the route. And, finally, the dog is Harley, whose antics we all have to put up with.

I am fascinated by the appearance of this little known peak, as should be obvious by now, several pictures later.
Here is the view from the east, with the route going up the pronounced stepped pillar in the center of the face, just left of the dark chasm. The everpresent Monk is obscuring the lower 2-3 pitches.
