An outstanding restoration with lots of attention to detail. A-Frame from about 1977, serial # 3187588. Martin would like to ad that this bike is under NO circumstances for sale! Enjoy:

Champion Mondial A-Frame
Owned by Martin from Arnhem, the Netherlands

In Martins words (minimally edited for clarity):

* Color: "Metallic alike" green (with white lines on the lugs). A very rare color green.
Paint was luckily still in good condition. Only needed a touch up here and there.

* Frame: Original decals, Reynolds 531, Butted Tubes, Fork & Stays (which makes it an A frame)
Note: in my opinion the first CM's were not labeled as such, A or AB etc.

* Drop-outs: Campagnolo
Chrome at rear both sides + chrome front fork + chrome fork crown (only old ones have a chrome fork crown)

* Due to: Frame number, 3187588 + Reynolds decals + Clamp on Toptube cable guides + Dual Cable Guide + Clamp on Shifters: Date is probably 1977.

* Everything mentioned as NOS had to be replaced due to damage, rust, broken, worn out, aging etc.

Taking in consideration the prices nowadays for NOS especially Campagnolo, to fully restore this bike did cost me a small fortune.

But it was worth every penny! It really looks smashing again and is also astonishing in riding....…
