Very nice Gazelle in the relatively rare AA-Super configuration. Wishbone seatstay and indented seattube are some of the unique design qualities. It is worth noting that a fellow Dane once raced this particular bike.

Sporting a full Campagnolo 50th Anniversary Group

The write-up from the webpage where Elev12K found these images:

This 1983 bicycle is a product of the Netherlands and was custom built to measure with Reynolds 531 Competition tubing to the Gazelle Professional Team specifications. It is equipped with the Campagnolo 50th Anniversary Gruppo. It was previously owned by Thomas Villadsen of Denmark who raced on Team Esbjerg with 1996 TDF winner, Bjarne Riis. Thomas was forced to quit competitive cycling because of health reasons, but not before qualifing for the Danish Junior National Team. In his only race on this bicycle, he finished fourth behind La Vie Claire/ Toshiba/7-Eleven pro rider Kim Ericksen, crit rider Lars Jensen and Bjarne Riis and just ahead of Danish track points race World Champion Michael Marcussen.

It is likely that this frame is a few years younger than the 1983 claim. The graphics, if original, are typical of the nineties.

The photos from the website are obviously more concerned with illustrating the admittedly beautiful 50th anniversary gruppo than the frame, so details of the fascinating tube set are scarce.
On the images to the left and below one can make out the wishbone seatstay and how it is joined with the seattube.
