"Champion Mondial" in large script font on the down
tube. Only model I know of with that configuration. Interesting
world graphic too. First I thought it was a stylized Dutch black
and white dairy cow!!

On other models this type seatlug has the little gazelle embossed
in front of the bolt hole. Not Here?

On the other hand these are a lot simpler to interpret: 1992
is the year, 077 is frame #77 out of 100 total. Cinelli BB
